Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-6 calendar days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Here is a step by step process of what happens after your order is placed. 




Your order is placed and sent to our factory to be assembled.

Same day


Your shoes are handcrafted by our artisans. 

Day 2 to day 7


Your shoes are sent through a thorough quality assurance check at our factory, then shipped to our Austin, Texas location.

Day 7 to day 13


Once your shoes arrive at our Austin location, they’ll receive a final quality check and any final touch-ups. Finally, they’ll ship to the customer.

Day 13 to day 18


The customer receives their shoes.

Day 18 to day 19

* Our average arrival time prior to an order being placed is 2-3 weeks. That timeframe varies depending on several factors, but most commonly remains within 2-3 weeks. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. We can also be reached for any concerns or questions at

All packages will be safely shipped with DHL (domestic and international) and USPS Standard (domestic). 

Currently, there are no expedited delivery options.

Shipment to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

NAIRA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive the tracking number once it is available to us. The tracking number will be sent to your email address. Some customers who’ve opted in to receive text messages may receive their tracking numbers via text message. If you are interested in opting in to receive text message communications from NAIRA, please email us at to let us know.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

NAIRA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to our order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 


NAIRA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received our order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We do ship worldwide. 


All shipments outside of the USA are shipped with DHL.
